1. Admission Announcement

Admission circular is published on the official website, social media platforms, and notice boards.

The circular specifies available seats, class levels, admission requirements, important dates, and fees.
2. Application Form Submission

Parents/guardians collect or download the admission form from the school office/website.

Completed forms must be submitted along with:

Recent passport-size photographs (2 copies)

Copy of Birth Certificate / Passport (age verification)

Previous school records (if applicable)

Parents’ NID/Passport copy

3. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee is paid at the time of form submission.
4. Admission Test & Mock Test System
To ensure students are well-prepared, mock tests are conducted before the final admission test.
Mock Test System

Purpose: Familiarize students with the admission test structure and reduce anxiety.

Duration: Conducted 3–5 days before the official admission test.

Subjects Covered:

Pre-Play & Play: Basic alphabets, numbers, shapes, colors, and oral interaction.

Nursery & KG: English (letters, phonics, words), Math (numbers, counting, shapes), Drawing, and Oral Communication.

Class I–V: English (Reading, Writing, Grammar), Mathematics, Science, General Knowledge.

Upper Classes: English, Mathematics, Science, ICT, and Aptitude test.

Final Admission Test

Students sit for the official test covering the same subjects as the mock test.

Tests are evaluated by the Admission Committee.

Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview.
5. Interview & Counseling

For Students: To assess communication skills, confidence, and general awareness.

For Parents/Guardians: To discuss academic goals, school policies, and expectations.
6. Result Publication

Results are published on the school notice board, website, and via SMS/email.

Successful candidates receive an admission offer letter.
7. Admission Confirmation

Parents/guardians must complete the following within the given deadline:

Payment of admission fees and first installment of tuition fees.
